Berenice was born in Paris in France on the 29th of May, 1979. Her studies lasted for 10 years at Conservatoire de Paris. Her debut appearance was in the short film La discordance which premiered in 2007. Her appearance was in French TV dramas and she appeared in a role that was repeated 2010 on Medical Emergency. The most famous of her roles is her part as Severine, the Bond girl antagonist in Skyfall. Additionally, she was featured in films like Happiness Never Comes Alone (1998) and 5 to 7 (1998). She has appeared in the TV series Pas de secrets entre nous, Femmes de loi, Le temps est a l'orage, Pere et maire, and R.I.S. Police scientifique. In 2012, her performance as Skyfall's supporting actress won her the National Film Society Award for the Best Supporting Artist. The year before, she starred in Terrence malick's Zoey.
